Bad service received from you supplier and employees. Last month 2018/08/20, I placed an order with your (big sky suppliers cc) building material .I paid R67100.00 material was delivered but bricks (1 and half pallet was broken) I spoke to Tendai about it he promised that they look on to that matter and replace them he took full responsibility, but no my surprising he told me its more than 2 weeks they cannot replace those bricks. I had to buy another pallets because I was short of that bricks. I was upset that my order was not delivered as promised. Numerous telephone calls resulted in my being referred in succession to countless members of your staff who were unable to help me or provide me with an updated I have to call him i even come to the shop and show him pictures. I requested his Managers name he promised to come back to he never did until today.

I will wait for management to resolve or take it further. Today I spoke to Cecil he said I must speak to Lizel not him. I called Lizel said I must speak to Cecil to report this matter I was told to speak to Cecil this unprofessional they way I was treat. I called again I spoke to Cecil that was so unprofessional because am black. he told me that their bricks is 5% breakable and the don't replace broken bricks he said I must know that, I asked him where did he wrote or notify me before paying otherwise is was not going to complaint about broken bricks. I will make sure they close their business and go and rob white location not black people. i didn't want money but to replace my 600 broken and take that broken bricks with. they must ask those ****** shop owners where they end up.
