unfair dismissed

I worked at bigsave mabopane then the boss phoned me and asked me to manage the new shop at marble hall,they promised me shares in the compony.my girlfriend and I moved to marble hall. she was also working for big save .but then they said dean Guerra is also going to work there with me.after a year the storie came out that I am having an affair with one of the staff. dean send me for a hearing and I was dismissed.dean borrowed R10000.00 to the lady that was building there.but they deducted that money from my salary.then the lady in the cash office had a paper that I took R5000.00.they deducted that money also.but the rules are that dean and me have to sign for any money that goes out,and I didn't sign for that money.then that same lady was bad naming my girlfriend and we have recordings of that.when we told tony fereirra about it he said he doesn't want to hear anything.where is the fairness in this.then they didn't pay me all my leave pay or my shares.they treating my girlfriend so badly.she said that she is giving them 3month notice,and that she will train the next person in her place.dean said no she must leave now and big save will pay her for that 3 moths they didn't.
