Rotorua Branch, terrible service

Terrible service from the Rotorua Branch. From delivering on arraignments made to giving feed back. Even getting a refund from this branch takes time.

My opinion would be to avoid this branch and if you need to buy anything from them make sure they have it in stock before you pay.
