Poor quality products

The customer service at the back of house, where we buy stock is terrible. Cashiers are not friendly, when you want to pay it's like you're disturbing them, they would literally hold a conversation while you're standing there. Not a care in the world! I bought Daybreak Mala (1X12) 2 and quality isn't good, 3 of my customers have already complained. I called Big Save Mabopane and they told me they do not accept returns, I should just accept it as a loss since they don't make the products themselves. The guy said "when he has a loss, he doesn't go to suppliers and cry about it!" Imagine the nerve. Such a policy isn't written on my receipt, there's no disclaimer that says so. I wouldn't encourage traders to go here.
