Difficulty getting your money from Big Save

Well I resigned on 5 September 2015, giving 1 weeks notice as my new company needed me urgently. After supposedly leaving on good terms, I had the fun part when asking Tarryn from Sobane, who does their HR work, to email me my payslip. I was then told that Iwouldn\t get paid as I only had 3 weeks leave and also only worked till the 5th. Ionly resigned the 5th and worked till the 12th. She then said that they will deduct 3 weeks salary as I didn"t work out my full months notice period. at the end of the day though when I got my payslip via email they had deducted the 3 weeks but changed my leave due to 9 days and not 3 weeks as previously stated in an email. then to add insult I am told to go into Big Save to collect it.
