Big Save manager and staff are Pathetic

On 06/05/2020 I went to buy a product at Big Save Tshwane Market Branch. The pricing on the shelf was R182 as usual. When I arrived at the till point it stated R250. That is a R68 price difference, take note that I always buy the product for R182.. When I asked why is the price on the shelf different to that of the till. The employee said prices where changed a day before . however the shelf still had the same old prices ? Whose fault is it, as labour law states "the price you see us the price you get as a customer"

The female manager was called to assist however she failed to assist rather she was rude and brushed me off. She failed to solve the situation. She just said we can not help you sir. . that's how it is, and there is nothing I can.. Than why is she a manager and or supervisor. Neither her or her assistant could help..

Big Save has failed and despite being a frequent customer . nothing was done .. All they did was look away .. They where rude, no customer services , no accountability ..
