disappointed with attitude of manager
My family and I dined at Big Route Restaurant on Sunday 3 January 2016. We have been to this restaurant on several occasions and generally we were pleased with the service and food on offer. However, our recent experience has left us very disappointed. My wife ordered the main course dish which consisted of calamari tubes and octupus and vegetables. The calamari was leathery and dry. The octupus was hard to find and the vegetables were burned and blackened. The entire dish was dry, lacked flavour and obviously overcooked. When my wife complained to the manager his reaction was most disappointing. He enquired from my wife why she had \suffered"through the meal and why she had not complained immediately. The manager appeared to be more fearful of complaining to the chef. The manager offered to not charge us for a bottle of wine. We did not have a problem with the wine. The problem was with the main course which he failed to acknowledge. The manager stated that the chef did not have a problem with the dish. It is obvious that the customer's opinion and satisfaction is not important at Big Route Restaurant """
