VERY RUDE AND UN-COMPASSIONATE PRACTICE

Absolutely rude and unhelpful! Upon making a query on the emergency number, you get answers like "obviously", and nothing will help. Unwilling to assist or advise and so, SO rude! It actually makes me very angry that they allow people like this to handle their emergency lines and WhatsApp numbers! People are in agonising pain sometimes and hope for some releief or advise. Not rude and un-compassionate answers from reception people or worse, dentists themselves. SHAME ON YOU!
