Poor record keeping and proper feedback.

My son move out of his unit mid December 2019, the unit was fully paid for, but they can not give me a proper report and according to my records were paid in full. I contatct them in November to send me a new statement, and again in Dec and jan 2020 , but no response. This is poor service and I escalated this to the principal member to get resolve .....will see what will happen now.....
