The boundary wall of Waterberry heights Potchefstroom was broken and two motorcycles were ****** among which one was mine (February 2019). This was shortly after patrolling was stopped (according to the security company, CB security) and four cameras were installed to monitor 300m+ boundary wall.

We have sent many emails, called 12 times and visited the office 3 times and Mrs. Chimone (complex manager) is never available.

A month ago (September 2019), two more motorcycles were ****** after the security cameras have been upgraded. They were both recovered, but heavily damaged and the burglars got away.

We tried contacting them once again for feedback on the incident and for assistance in protecting our vehicles to which we received no reply.

This is very disappointing, as the complex fees are approx R510p/m for water and garbage disposal, excluding levies. BIG real estate does not seem to have contractually binding responsibilities, and they definitely act as if they don’t.
