BIG Real Estate RUDE AGENT

We requested an 11 months lease from Big Real Estates because the internship ends March 2019. The agent ******* us into 9months ending December 2018 and promised to renew for the remaining period, this was not case and finding a 3 months lease in January in Potchefstroom is impossible. Fine we let that go, now we request (knowing very this could be rejected) to move our on the 3rd January 2019 (3days past the lease expiry), the agent by the name Linda Hart, was extreemly rude in declining this offer. She could've have simply said "no I have people to move in on the 1st January". She went on in the rudest manner that we're inconviniencing her and messing up her Chrismas plans. I have never felt disrespected. I wish it was possible to share voicenotes. I WILL NEVER RENT UNDER THEM EVER AGAIN
