Big Real Estate Potchefstroom is a joke

Extremely bad service. They are the body corporate of the complex were I live in , in Potchefstroom. Ever since I moved in (6 months ago) the gate’s exit pin was broken. I immediately reported this , because I live alone it is unsafe for me to walk to the gate alone and open it for my geusts. I feel unsafe to leave and enter my apartment alone at night. I’ve sent a large amount of emails to them as well as called them a few times. They made only empty promises. We residents pay a large amount of rent every mont and in return we get bad service. You should feel ashamed.
