Big Real Estate Potchefstroom: Empty promises & No Client Service
If I could give 0 stars I would. I would highly recommend not doing business with Big Real Estate. They are full of empty promises and have no communication skills. They can’t plan ahead and overlook critical details. Client service is non-existent and your calls/whatsapps/emails will be ignored. Pathetic service.
Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with Big Real Estate and use another/better estate agency. Learn from me and do your homework by reading user reviews. I wish I could go back in time and prevent myself from buying a house from them (almost 3 years ago and my issues/requests are still unresolved).
You have been warned. Do business with them at your own risk.

04 Nov 2022, 11:10The owner did contact me today and calmly discussed all my issues and appologiezed. They do want to help resolve my issues. Just wished I didn't had to first write a bad review before getting feedback. I will see how it goes and update my review once everyting is sorted.
