Bad service and not reliable
I spoke with a guy called Sam wanting to cancel the resevation and he refered me a lady who promised to call me back and never did. suprisingly so when you want to book, they will be calling you every minute but now that we want to cancel they are not even picking up their phones. Big Picture Vacation is not reliable, they operate like ********. I have called them so many times and sent them emails but no one is responding.
This is their INV BOOK ***. I dont how legit this reference is, because i am not getting anywhere with this people.
Be warned. Big Picture vacation will reap you.
