BIG NUTS & DRIED FRUIT substandard quality and poor service

I bought a packet of Pistachio nuts packaged and supp**** by Big Nuts only to find that they were mouldy when we removed the shells. I phoned Big Nuts to inform them and was told that they were sorry and would replace the Pistachio's. Two months later and a number of phone calls later they still have not replaced them. The last two times I phoned I was told that the person dealing with it was out of the office and would phone me back. Guess what I've yet to receive a phone call. My advice "NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM BIG NUTS"
