Worst experience ever

We were having our car washed at Big Mikes when he totally lost his mind and started screaming at his staff. He broke one employee's phone by throwing it against a wall. This is no way to treat your staff or to behave, be it in public or not. He has a bad attitude and we will never make use of this carwash ever again. All the other customers were equally disgusted with his child-like behaviour and disrespect towards others.
