Unprofessional and unresponsive, damaged Jeep

I took my car to Big Mikes Carwash on the 17th of December 2015 for a valet, little knowing that I would only have my car back on the 29th of January 2016, due to their actions. They drove my car to the drying areas after having washed it, and proceeded to wash the engine, which is where the trouble began. After washing the engine, the car would not start, and they then proceeded to trying to jump start my car, and fiddling beneath the hood, after which the car was still not even cranking over. They then proceeded to have the car towed to Jeep in Brookly, on the 18th, from where it was deduced that I would need to replace my TCM, TIPM and a broken aircon temp sensor (highly likely to be a surge from the unrequested jump starting of my Jeep). Trying to reach the owner, was futile, and eventually my calls were just ignored (along with messages) on the 3rd day, where I was requesting him to pay for damages or come to some compromise. Also to note, they made jokes about washing engines when my dad went there, the valet was bad, I had to point out spots and dirt, and never mentioned ordering the tow on their behalf, which ended up on my invoice -removed after refusing to pay it.
