Waiting for books I've paid since October 2019

Good day, since October 2019 I've been waiting for books I've paid at Big & Little crochet, after a long time someone came back to me, but since January nothing has happened, I didn't receive my books nor my money back, there service is poor. I'm putting it on Hellopeter, maybe then someone will come back to me. They don't even deserve one star!
