WELL DONE SAM

Hi my name is Nayson, my experience visiting Big Five was overwhelming, Sam the receptionist handled me with care as i walked through the doors with her pleasant smile and such a bubbly spirit. As i awaited my appointment with Mr Mano, Sam was so very friendly and offered me some refreshments. I must say i was very impressed with big five staff and its excellent service. Compliments to Mr Mano on his good Leadership s****s and a very WELL DONE TO BIG FIVE , KEEP IT UP!!!
