Very Satisfied -big five panel n paint

2 weeks ago my white Toyota etios was towed to big five panel n Paint to conduct repairs. My vehicle insured with dial direct failed to cooperate with big five panel n paint and later instructed me to move my vehicle from the yard at big 5. I was extremely stressed as I was under the impression that the insurance company would repair my vehicle at big five panel n paint. But I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Tristelle who tried her level best to help me negotiating with the insurance company and keeping me in the loop. her patience and love for her clients is remarkable. tho my vehicle had to be moved that wont stop me from referring clients to big five due to their customer friendly attitude to customers and the manner in which they carry on duties. keep up the good work Tristelle. thank you for your assistance and support.
