Tyson job well done

I had the opportunity of visiting Big Five Panel n Paint in Glen Anil. I am very impressed and would like to share my story for people to know. It is very often , when we have a bad experience , then we want to share it for people to read. I also believe that we need to share good news as well. Apart from everything being so neat and clean and the staff being so friendly and well mannered , Big Five Panel n Paint have a well groomed african gentleman by the name of Tyson ( surname ) to assist Zulu speaking clients that need an interpreter. The workshop area where vehicles are repaired is so neat and clean and well lit up. Signage is visible all over the place. Anybody can see from far that good things happen in this workshop becos is is so organized and clean. I was also very impressed to know that the customers valuables are all taken out of the vehicle and locked away after being properly packed and labeled. In fact , everything that is found lying loose in the vehicle gets returned to the client. That is so important. It is evident that the leadership of Big Five Panel n Paint is doing something right. I encourage good business practice wherever I go so , big up to BIG FIVE.
