My name is Thembi Dlamini owner of a ford fiesta green. last year March 23th i was involved in an accident on the N2 intersection. My vehicle was towed to Big five panel n paint and i went to the police station. After the police station i visited Big Five and it was then that i met tristelle. She then manage to help me to do a third party claim. long and the short the claim did not work out as planned but if you did not visit big 5 , then you wont understand the type of caliber the staff withholds. I must admit i gave Tristelle an extremely hard time due to my frustration of not having a vehicle. But tristelle always remind calm and understanding no matter how much i complained and shouted. I now purchased a new car but would like to express my views about big 5. May this company prosper due to the love they show to they clients like me.
