SHIRLEY...WELL DONE ON EXCELLENT SERVICE

My Toyota Hilux was sent to Big Five Panel n Paint for repairs by my insurance company. My first contact with them was with a lady by the name of Shirley. She advised me of the authorisation and made sure that my vehicle was towed to their yard on the same day. I was impressed as my vehicle lay at the assessment yard for 2 weeks with out any thing being done. When repairs commenced I was given updates with photos on the progress. When I came to see my vehicle I was happy with the workmanship. I collected my vehicle and I am very satisfied with all that was done. Thank you Big Five and especially Shirley for all that was done to make sure that I was a satisfied client.
