I had an accident with my Audi A4. Believe me I was shattered when I looked at my car at Big Five Panel n Paint. However, I was reassured by Pooven Naidoo and Shirley Naidoo that my car would be brought back to pre-accident condition. I had a run around with my insurance company and finally had to do a cash repair on my vehicle. I was given regular updates with photos on the progress of the repairs. Shirley was very efficient in this. The professional service and friendliness that I received from her is highly commendable. The use of their courtesy vehicle made me mobile. I took delivery of my vehicle and was really amazed at the workmanship. I will definitely recommend this Five Star Panel shop.
