SHIRLEY- EXCELLENT SERVICE

I was introduced to Big Five panel n Paint by a tow driver when my Honda Civic was in an accident with his truck. My first contact with this panel shop was with the owner Mano who is hands on in the business. Shirley , in the claims department, assisted me with claim forms and made sure that my broker received all relevant information, including photos and a quote in order to register my claim. Shirley followed up on assessment and authorization and my vehicle was booked in for repairs. Once again Shirley stepped in to make sure that I was a happy client. Due to her customer service, I was informed daily on repair progress.Thank you Shirley for your awesome and friendly customer service. I was well pleased with the workmanship on my vehicle.
