I had my vehicle repaired at Big Five panel n Paint in November 2017 and it has been an unforgettable experience. I was called the minute my vehicle arrived at their shop by a gentleman who assured me that my car is in safe hands until Monday morning. When I arrived at their panel shop on Monday morning I was greeted by a friendly lady who referred me to Karen the manager, Karen was polite and ever so willing to Assist me throughout the claims process. I received feedback from the company daily updating me on progress of my claim, when my vehicle was assessment and authorization. My vehicle was repaired in the quickest time possible and delivered to me in showroom condition. A big thank you to Karen and her Team! I will defiantly recommend you guys to everyone!
