OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I was impressed with the service that I received when I brought in my Mercedes Vito to Big Five Panel n Paint for repairs. The experience was not like any that I received at any other panel shop.....so much so that when my scratch and dent claim for my other vehicle (Mercedes A180) was authorised to another repairer I did not hesitate to immediately move the authorisation to Big Five. Shirley, my claims handler at Big Five made sure that all the necessary paper work was done and authorisation received. I received friendly and professional service from Shirley with regular updates through out the duration of the repairs. Pooven, the manager ensured that my vehicle was ready for me at the committed time. Thank you for a wonderful job done.
