Outstanding Customer Service, Big five Panel and Paint.

Well from driving around and getting quotes from panel beaters on a Saturday morning who cannot even write down the correct Reg no of which was right in front of them, too having to phone one of them to correct the make of car as well and wait for the quote's to come back . I did not even have to phone Big Five Panel N Paint as Pam contacted me, visited me at work for assessment and arranged the quote's and had them sent through to me. Now that is what I call excellent service from Big Five. She and the team went all out to ensure that I was taken care of when I arrived with regards to loan car, etc and later with feedback on the progress of my car. I now have my car back long before the due date, very happy with the workmanship carried out on my car and Thank you to the Work Shop Manager for sorting out concerns instantly.
