I sent in my Dads car in for repairs to Bigfive Panel n Paint. From before the car went in Shirley Naidoo called me to inform me of the procedure step by step. The courtesy vehicle was sorted with no hassles. the entire process was smooth. Shirley provided outstanding feedback through the time they had the car. I am very pleased with the manner in which Shirley assisted us and the ongoing feedback. Well done to Shirley and she is definitely an asset to Bigfive. Mr Mano hang on to Shirley she is diamond. Not easy to fine such dedicated staff. She is friendly and efficient.
