I was involved in a terrible accident on Saturday and my vehicle was towed to big five panel n paint. My vehicle golf 1 is not insured. I then called tristelle on saturday and was given fees to have my vehicle uplifted. I was frantic . I screamed and shouted due to the amount of stress i was under. But tristelle remind calm and professional understanding the situation i was in. I soon realized that tristelle tried her level best to help me and there was not much she could do. I visited big five panel n paint today and was welcomed so warmly. I would like too thank tristelle for her help and understanding. Not may people have the patience to tolerate high rate clients.
