HOSPITABLE STAFF

On the 01/02/2019 i was involved in an accident on Umhlanga Rocks Drive around 1 ; 15pm. Considering the nature of the accident and the other party been insured i was relieved knowing my vehicle will be repaired. however the services i received from kingprice is terrible. The claims handler never responses to emails and when i called for feedback i had to hold on forever. luckily i went to big five panel n paint and Tristelle assisted me with a third party claim. The staff are very friendly and well dressed with uniform. Tristelle kept me in the loop with emails and calls on a regular basis.My car is currently been repaired and i know my vehicle is in good hands as i know the manger and owner personally.
