Great service from Tristelle

My sister's car was involved in an accident on the 20th of September 2018 and was towed to Big 5 Panel and Paint.

The car has been at Big 5 Panel and Paint for the past six months now and I have been dealing with a lady called Tristelle from the company. We are having issues with the insurer Hollard giving us a run around on approval of our claim. But Trustelle has been very patient with us throughout this whole ordeal, She helped us lodge a claim, and she calls to check on progress and provides us regular updates from the insurer. I have dealt with panel beating companies before but Tristelle has made me realize that there is another side to the people who are in this business. She is very friendly and is always bubbly and very welcoming when we call to enquirer about our car.

She is a great asset to this company. Even if our case does not end up in our favor I will still appreciate her for the good way she has been treating us. She is a great asset for Big 5 and I hope they do appreciate that about her because people like her are very rare these days.
