I had the unfortunate luck to have to have my car repaired by Big five Panel N Paint. After receiving some shocking quotes, Pam Naidoo from Big five Marketing division came to my premises to do a quote for me. The quote was extremely competitive. Not only did I get an onsite quote they also collected and delivered my car when the job was complete. I received telephonic feedback from them as well as a picture of my car during the different stages. A very stressful situation was as easy as could be with the offer of a free courtesy car.
