I was introduced to Big Five Panel n Paint when my Honda HRV was in an accident. My insurance company wanted my vehicle to be moved from there. However Shirley Naidoo at Big Five assisted me with claim forms and through the entire process.....from quote to assessment to authorisation. She also updated me on the progress of the repairs, which saved me from leaving my busy work schedule to go to the panel shop. I was quite impressed with the professional and excellent way in which my entire experience at Big Five was handled. I would use Big Five any day and will also recommend them.
