My Hyundai i20 was in an accident and my insurance company gave authorisation for repairs to Big Five Panel n Paint. To say the truth I was a bit doubtful as I did not know this panel shop. My first contact from this company was Shirley NAIDOO who advised me about the authorisation and made arrangements to book in my vehicle. When I brought in my vehicle I was very impressed with the friendly yet professional way in which I was treated. I immediately felt at ease with leaving my vehicle. Shirley kept me updated with the progress of repairs. My vehicle was repaired before the expected delivery time and the job was well done. Thanks for all the assistance Shirley.
