my name is Jun Xiao owner of a white caddy. Considering that i am a Chinese female i was very scared and worried after i was involved in an accident. Most south africans dont understand my language hence its very hard communicating. However guys if you have not visited Big Five Panel n Paint you are wasting time. My vehicle was damaged so extensively and then my vehicle was towed to big five. I then was introduced to the beautiful Tristelle Pillay who promised to assist me with a claim. The staff in this company is exceptional. I was then offered coffee in a gold mug. which company does that really ?? i then was assisted by tristelle who is extremely well known for her hard work. My claim is now finalized. My vehicle however was repaired 5 months ago. To date i had no problems regarding the repairs on my vehicle. The quality of workmanship was beyond my expectations. keep up the good work guys.
