Friendly staff

My vehicle was towed to big five panel n paint on the the 17th of September 2019 around 07 : 30am. I am a foreigner and I was very skeptical about having my vehicle towed to an unknown panel shop. I visited big five panel n paint today and gosh I am really impressed. When you talk about a panel shop you would instantly picture an untidy greesy shop. The shop is absolutely neat and tidy. I was then introduced to Tristelle whom advised me that she is going to assist me with a claim. She is extremely friendly and professional and always hand a smile on her face. She helped me to fill out forms and also called the insured party to confirm details.i can rest assured knowing that my vehicle is in a safe and secure place. This company is really great.
