FIVE STAR SERVICE

Repairs to my Mazda 3 were authorised to Big Five Panel n Paint. I was contacted by Shirley Naidoo who advised me on the procedure. My vehicle was booked in and from that time I was given weekly updates on the progress of the repairs. Shirley also sent me photos which showed me the status of the repairs and saved me the trouble of going out to the panel shop. When I fetched my vehicle I was impressed with the workmanship. I was pleased with the excellent service and friendliness I received from Shirley. I will recommend Big Five any day as the service received was excellent....so much so that I am bringing my VW Polo to them to quote on. WELL DONE!
