EXCELLENT SERVICE- SHIRLEY

Repairs to my Toyota Corolla was authorised to Big Five Panel n Paint by my insurance company, Quicksure. When i booked my vehicle in I was impressed by the layout of the company, with all its factory approvals. I received excellent service and felt that I was royalty. the staff together with the boss Mr Mano were very efficient and friendly. Shirley Naidoo, my claims person at Big Five was very professional and helpful with all efforts in updating me. She never minded when I even contacted her after hours with any queries. That is excellent customer service. My vehicle was ready as promised and the workmanship was of a highly commendable standard. I even received a guarantee certificate for my peace of mind.
