EXCELLENT SERVICE

Not often do you find the owner of a business fully hands on. I had my car taken to Big Five Panel n Paint recently after an accident. I was traumatized and in a bad space. Within minutes of arriving at this very well presented panel shop , which was extremely neat and tidy , I was introduced to the owner , Mr Mano Nayager. He immediately made me feel comfortable. I was offered coffee and made comfortable within minutes. A lady by the name of Shirley from the claims department then took over and demonstrated absolute professionalism in getting the claim registered and having an assessor appointed. I was kept updated on a regular basis. Whilst the vehicle was being repaired I received sms messages , emails, pictures and messages on watsapp and even phone calls , on the progress on repairs. Upon completion of the repairs I can safely say i was the happiest person on earth. With fear of how my motor car was going to turn out after the repair , I was amazed to notice that my car looked brand new. The staff assured me.of their after service and all their guarantees and warranties and I was made to feel most comfortable at all times. I will most definitely not want to use another repairer after my Big Five experience.
