EXCELLENT SERVICE

I heard so much about Big Five Panel n Paint and I finally had the opportunity to experience for myself what everyone else was going on about. I dropped off our company Isuzu for repairs and the hospitality with which I was welcomed made me immediately realise that I was in the right place. Shirley, my go to person there was really something else with the friendly yet professional manner in which she assisted me. I didnt need to worry about my vehicle as I was reassured of prompt service. I was saved the trouble of going to their workshop to check on progress of repairs as Shirley kept me updated and even sent me photos of my vehicle in the different repair stages. I have to say that we used other panel shops in the past but never received such excellent customer service. I will surely recommend others to enjoy the Big Five experience. Thumbs up to Shirley for a job well done.
