Excellent Outstanding Service

Good-day, In October 2017, my wife was involved in an accident with our 4 month old VW Polo TSI. I was assisted by the owner of Big 5 Mano Nayager. I opted to use the service of Big 5 panel n paint because of the good reviews I heard about them. From beginning to end I had excellent service all round. I basically just left my car there and they handled everything. I did not have car hire on my policy and they offered me a car that I used for more than 30 days without any charge. I was extremely impressed with this. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I was assisted, starting from the owner Mano Nayager, then Jayshree, Shirley, Karen and Pooven. Each one of them gave me excellent service. It actually felt like Big 5 were my insurance brokers. The repair turn around time was quicker than we expected. I am absolutely happy with my car. It looks brand new again without any sign of being in an accident. I would recommend all insurance companies to use Big 5 panel and paint as their panelbeaters. Well done to the team and keep up the good work.
