Excellent Customer Service

Karin is always very helpful and goes out of her way to assist me. If I ever have a problem, I can just pick up the phone and ask her for help. As soon as I arrive she comes to assist and always offers me refreshments. She never keeps me waiting. She is very friendly and attentive to their customer and suppliers needs.
