EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have the pleasure of knowing the owner of Big Five Panel n Paint, Mano who is a personal friend of mine. My Ford ranger was repaired twice at this five star panel shop. I must put on record that the customer service that I received from Shirley ,my customer liaison at Big Five is highly commendable. She kept me posted on progress of the repairs from the time my van as at their shop until I fetched it. I was impressed with the outstanding workmanship done on my van. I already recommended a relative to Big Five and they are busy repairing that vehicle now. I will not hesitant to tell more people about the outstanding service and workmanship received at Big Five.
