Excellent Client Service & Vibrant Atmosphere

I have recently had the pleasure of the alignment of my business segment and that of Big Five Panel and Paint. I have had to make a few phone calls to Big Five to set up meetings which took place today (21st Feb 2018). my first phone call to Big Five was an absolute Shock... the Enthusiasm and professionalism with which the telephone was answered caught me by surprise. i was immediately directed to the person with whom i needed to liaise. Kelly dealt with my request swiftly, following up with an e-mail and available appointment dates. when arriving at Big Five today, my regional manager and i were dealt with in an exceptional manner and made to feel very comfortable while waiting for our meeting to begin.
