Excellence at it's best - Great customer service from Pooven!

I would just like to compliment Big five Panel N Paint, on great customer service so far. I've unfortunately had a very bad experience with another competing repairer and POOVEN from Big five Panel N Paint did not miss a beat in picking up the pieces. He been absolutely helpful and has been going above and beyond with assisting me. He has been in constant contact with me and I haven't had to lift a finger, he's picked up my vehicle for repairs and has already given me a completion date for the completion of the work!! He is truly an asset to this company. Well done guys! I look forward to picking up my repaired vehicle soon!
