Evaluation of accident-damage to Ford Focus by Pooven

My Ford Focus was involved in an accident when I was side-swiped by a vehicle which wanted to go straight ahead but was in the turning-lane. My insurance referred me to 3 Panel Beating companies. Big Five (Mano) called me to state that they would send out a technician named Pooven to my premises the following day to assess the damage my vehicle had sustained. Pooven arrived in the morning, as arranged, before courteously calling me to state that he was running a little late because of the unusually high volume of traffic. I was most impressed by his professionalism as he examined the damage and informed me about what the damage, both visible and hidden from sight, entailed. He also conducted a video-checklist of the entire vehicle, from bumper to bumper and explained the reason for this checklist. He gave me a copy of his checklist. Pooven even went the extra mile by assisting me to remove the contents of my vehicle. Throughout the process he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He indicated that I would be kept informed about the progress of the repairs. To minimise damage to my vehicle, he removed it on a flat-bed truck which he had driven to my premises.
