Dont Rob poor people

I came to BiG 5 Panel and Paint some time ago with my Volkswagen Up. I had damage on my front fender, bumper, and headligh was bust. I came all the way from the south coast, about an hour drive. I had a 3rd party insurance and asked uncle Mano to please help me. He said I must pay R1000 cash to get 3 quotes and also a guarantee that my vehicle would come to him for repairs and not any other work shop. I Paid the cash and got the quotes but did not get my car fixed by uncle Mano. The quotes was also of no use cause insurance said was very high and didnt even pay 20 percent of the quote amount. It was very bad of uncle Mano to do that. He promised that my car would be fixed by him. Even though he didnt fix my car he could have reimbursed my R1000 or wven paid me a percentage of the R1000. Its no use doing feeding schemes and blanket drives, making videos and posting everywhere when you are robbing poor people. Very bad service
