When you walk in the reception is so classy, on the walls are all their Factory approval certificates and tiles of Mano sayings that inspire you. Truly the look of this shop is at the highest standard. Gizelle Foster personal assistant to Mano is a gem, she takes care of you from the moment she meets you. Gizelle truly represents Big Five well. Mano has done a fine job in training and grooming this young lady. I have seen Gizelle grow over the past year and half.
