Big 5 Panel and Paint

This company promises 5 star quality but is actually 0 star. Their workmanship have many flaws. They ***** from cars and replace with their own second hand parts from their junkyard. They replaced my boot shocks with their own and when I queried they swapped it back. They stole wheel bolts of my car as well. The insurance company issued new parts to be installed but they used glue such as Q Bond to stick my plastic parts and reuse them, this was done for my rear light and boot handle. They have little knowledge about cars as they sprayed my car in the wrong places and had to then respray my plastic beadings black. The workers messed the interior of the car with paint. The supervisor Pooven told me not to worry and to trust him with my car and then he made a bigger mess of it. He is arrogant and unhelpful. He couldn't source parts for my car and made me run around looking for my parts. The paintwork cracked a month later and he refused to assist me in correcting it even though they give a 5 year guarantee on workmanship. The bumper also shows ripples in the sunlight even though it is smooth. They also stole a cover for my fuse box and smaller items such as a support for my toolkit. They removed and put my battery on with a loose positive terminal which later gave my bigger problems. The workers also used my car to learn how to drive and did not see me standing and watching them. However, when Pooven saw me he told them to hide the car. My tow hitch cover is a stuck on piece of plastic so I cannot tow my car from the back anymore. This company is empowered and run by ******* their work is shabby and I have seen better work done by unqualified people.
